What I do for your firm

Access management and Microsoft 365

New employee, departing colleague, changed role: I make sure the right people have access and the wrong people no longer do. MFA, shared mailboxes, licences.

System integrations

Exact Online, Twinfield or Yuki not playing well with your client portal, DMS or payroll module? I find the actual cause, even when vendors point at each other.

Backup and recovery

A backup that has never been tested is not a backup. I check not only whether a backup exists, but whether you can actually restore from it.

Peppol and e-invoicing

The European e-invoicing mandate is coming. I help your firm and your clients set this up properly, without bringing the process to a halt.

Onboarding and knowledge base

New staff learn the right workflows quickly. Procedures and processes made searchable and organised, so knowledge does not sit in one person's head.

AI tools — safe use

ChatGPT and similar tools offer real opportunities for office processes, but also carry risks. I help you use them without client data ending up on personal accounts.

Printers, scanners and peripherals

Small repairs and replacements without expensive service contracts or long wait times.

Vendor coordination

IT says: software. Software says: network. Network says: hardware. I look at the whole picture and find the actual cause, not who to blame.

Daniel Orosz — IT specialist for accounting and bookkeeping firms

Who is Daniel?

My mother was a bookkeeper. I grew up with the logic of administration: precise work, attention to detail, zero tolerance for mistakes that cost money.

On the technical side, I managed the IT environment of an organisation for years — including the accounting department. Invoice workflows, stock management, access to administrative systems, and everything in between. I know how a firm thinks.

That makes me different from a generic IT provider who has never worked in your world.

My approach:

Make it work, explain what happened, no fuss about the invoice.

"Silent IT is the goal. Every hour a staff member spends on an IT problem is an hour that can't be billed."

— Daniel Orosz

Why accounting firms choose me

1

I understand the office logic

My mother was a bookkeeper. I grew up with the logic of administration: precise work, attention to detail, zero tolerance for mistakes that cost money. That gives a different perspective than a generic IT provider.

2

Familiar with Exact, Twinfield and Yuki

Not from a manual — from daily office work. Integrations, synchronisations, user settings and the logic around them: I know how they work and where they go wrong.

3

Local and reachable

Based in Kerkrade, on-site quickly across South Limburg. No central scheduling service, no queue. You call me directly.

4

GDPR as standard

Firms work with client files. I factor that in with every action: access, storage, cloud apps and offboarding. Not a policy I look up — it's how I work by default.

5

Direct line, no ticket

You call me, not a helpdesk number. I know your firm, I know what happened before, and I don't need the context explained to me every time.

What I help with daily in accounting firms

New staff access not working on day one
Exact Online, Twinfield or Yuki synchronisation errors
Client portal or DMS integration broken after an update
Backup exists, but restore has never been tested
Departing employee still has access
Peppol or e-invoicing not yet set up
AI tools already in use but without policy or security
Reception printer or scanner not working

From practice

1

An integration between Exact Online and a client portal was throwing errors every week. The software vendor pointed to the network. The network provider pointed to the software. I analysed both sides at the same time and found a conflicting update as the cause. Fixed in one day, after two weeks of back-and-forth.

Exact Online Integration Fixed in 1 day
2

A newly hired employee still could not work independently after four days. No clear workflow, no documentation, everyone explained it differently. I turned the office logic into one searchable knowledge base. New staff now onboard in two days instead of two weeks.

Onboarding Knowledge base 2 days instead of 2 weeks

In-house IT vs. IT support for your firm

In-house IT employee

  • Fixed salary + employment costs
  • Unavailable when sick or on holiday
  • Rarely knows Exact, Twinfield or Yuki
  • GDPR awareness depends on the individual
  • Often not cost-effective below 15–20 workstations

Oros IT Support Limburg

  • You pay only for what you use
  • Remote + on-site, available when needed
  • Daily hands-on knowledge of Exact, Twinfield and Yuki
  • GDPR workflow built in as standard
  • Suitable for firms with 2 to 30 workstations

For most accounting and bookkeeping firms, flexible IT support is cheaper and more practical than a permanent IT employee who does not know the office context.

Frequently asked questions from accounting firms

Do you work with Exact Online, Twinfield or Yuki?
Yes. I know these systems from daily office work, not from a manual. Integrations, synchronisations, user settings and the logic around them.
What if my software vendor says the problem is not with them?
I hear that regularly. IT points to the software, software points to the network, network points to the hardware. I look at the whole picture and find the actual cause.
What is Peppol and do I need to do something about it now?
Peppol is the standard for electronic invoicing becoming mandatory across Europe. For accounting and bookkeeping firms this matters twice: for your own invoices and for your clients'. I help set this up practically.
How quickly do you respond when a problem is stopping the office?
For remote support I am usually available within an hour. For on-site in the Kerkrade–Heerlen area I aim for same day or next morning.
Do you work alongside an existing IT provider?
I don't replace anyone. I handle what falls between the cracks: the office-specific things a generic MSP doesn't know or doesn't want to deal with.
